“I’m happy to take this opportunity to recommend my contractor, Scot Buley of ‘Premium Building Concepts’ and showcase his work for us! Just after Covid-era material-prices settled down, we contacted Scot regarding a combination garage/storage room/workshop we wanted to locate next to our home in Pinellas Point, St. Petersburg. I was very particular in what I wanted, and my sense of history and design required that this building seem organically suited to the area, and match the 1954 custom-built home as though it had been there from the start. Throughout the entire process, Scot was responsive to my questions and design suggestions, and was always a reliable intermediary between us and the actual builders, during every phase from ground-breaking to block and roof construction, electrical design and finally to paint and final finish work. After the approval process arrived from the city, work started immediately, and despite two hurricanes hitting right in the middle of the project, the work was completed on time. And even though some unforeseen complications arose, he found solutions and was able to keep the project within budget. We could not be happier with this process, which for some could be wildly frustrating. For us, he carried the weight and really delivered! Those considering any project like this should definitely give him a chance to show them the same fantastic results that he gave us.”
